ജനറൽ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ സൗജന്യ എച്ച്.പി.വി വാക്‌സിൻ യജ്ഞം

In connection with World Cancer Day, a vaccination drive against cancers caused by HPV infection will be conducted on February 4 at Ernakulam General Hospital. This initiative is being jointly organized by Thiruvananthapuram KIMS Health and Ernakulam General Hospital.
The HPV vaccine helps prevent cervical cancer, cancers of the male and female reproductive organs, anal cancer, and throat cancer caused by HPV infection. The HPV vaccine provides protection against genital warts and most cervical cancers. It also protects against cancers affecting the vagina, vulva, penis, or anus caused by HPV. Additionally, the vaccine helps prevent HPV-related oral, throat, head, and neck cancers.
Boys and girls aged between 9 and 26 years can receive this preventive vaccination. Although this vaccine is relatively expensive, it will be provided completely free of cost on February 4 at Ernakulam General Hospital as part of the social responsibility initiatives of Thiruvananthapuram KIMS Health.

ലോക ക്യാൻസർ ദിനത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് ഫെബ്രുവരി നാലിന് hpv അണുബാധ മൂലമുള്ള ക്യാൻസറുകൾക്കെതിരെ എറണാകുളം ജനറൽ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ വാക്സിനേഷൻ യജ്ഞം നടത്തുന്നു. തിരുവനന്തപുരം കിംഗ്സ് ഹെൽത്തും എറണാകുളം ജനറൽ ആശുപത്രിയും സംയുക്തമായിട്ടാണ് ഈ യജ്ഞം നടത്തുന്നത്. hpv അണുബാധ മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ഗർഭാശയഗള കാൻസർ, സ്ത്രീപുരുഷ ജനനേന്ദ്രിയ, മലദ്വാര ക്യാൻസർ, തൊണ്ടയിലെ ക്യാൻസർ എന്നിവ പ്രതിരോധിക്കാൻ ഈ വാക്സിൻ സഹായകം ആകും, ജനനേന്ദ്രിയ അരിമ്പാറയിൽ നിന്നും മിക്ക സർവിക്കൽ ക്യാൻസറുകളിൽ നിന്നും hpv വാക്സിൻ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. hpv മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന യോനി വൈവ ലിംഗം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മലദ്വാരം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ ക്യാൻസറിൽ നിന്നും ഇത് സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. hpv മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന വായ തൊണ്ട തല കഴുത്ത് ക്യാൻസറുകളിൽ നിന്നും ഈ വാക്സിൻ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നു . 9 മുതൽ 26 വരെ പ്രായമുള്ള ആൺകുട്ടികൾക്കും പെൺകുട്ടികൾക്കും പ്രതിരോധ കുത്തിവെപ്പ് എടുക്കാം .താരതമ്യേനെ ചിലവേറിയ ഈ കുത്തിവെപ്പ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം കിംഗ്സ് ഹെൽത്തിന്റെ സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രതിബന്ധത ഇടപെടലുകളുടെ ഭാഗമായി തീർത്തും സൗജന്യമായാണ് ഫെബ്രുവരി നാലിന് എറണാകുളം ജനറൽ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ നൽകുന്നത്.
