DOCTOR LIVE POLICY, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY
ONLINE CONSULTATION : In case of online consultation with Doctor Live, a customer will be eligible to raise a request for Refund only in case the consultation query is not replied within specified timeline.The customer is required to raise the Refund request with Doctor Live customer care within 3 days ( Three Days ) from the time of submission of query or receiving of response. The request for the Refund will be validated by the doctor live customer care team.In case of valid Refund, the same will be done by crediting the bank account of the customer. Refund process shall be completed within 30 ( Thirty ) days from the date of submission of the request for Refund.For any further Refund related information please write to : info@doctorlivetv.com. Where the User has booked a paid appointment and is unable to visit the Practitioner, due to such genuine reasons. At the sole discretion of Doctor live, pursuant to conducting of investigation or discussion with the customer, the User shall be provided with a refund of such payment made by User, at the time of booking. However, where cancellation charges have been levied, you would not be entitled to complete refund. Doctor live reserves the right to make the final decision in case of a conflict. The total aggregate liability of Doctor live with respect to any claims made herein shall be (50%) fifty percent of the total consultation fee maid by the customer.

In the event there are significant changes in the way Doctor Live treats User’s Personal Information, Doctor Live will display a notice on the Website or send Users an email. Complaints and grievance redressal: Doctor Live addresses discrepancies and grievances of all Users with respect to processing of information in a time bound manner.
