ആശുപത്രിയിലെ തീപിടുത്തത്തില്‍ അന്വേഷണം | Investigation into Hospital Fire Incident
Health Minister Veena George has stated that an investigation has begun into the fire that broke out at Kozhikode Medical College. A technical inspection is currently underway. The Electrical Inspectorate is progressing with its inquiry into the incident. A forensic examination is also being conducted under the leadership of the police. The PWD Electrical Department has submitted a preliminary report, according to the minister.
കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളേജിലുണ്ടായ തീപിടുത്തത്തില്‍ അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചതായി ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്‍ജ്ജ്. സാങ്കേതിക പരിശോധനയാണ് നടക്കുന്നത്. സംഭവത്തില്‍ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കല്‍ ഇന്‍സ്‌പെക്‌ട്രേറ്റിന്റെ അന്വേഷണം പുരോഗമിക്കുകയാണ്. പോലീസിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ഫോറെന്‍സിക് പരിശോധനയും നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പി.ഡബ്ല്യു.ഡി ഇലക്ട്രിക്കല്‍ വിഭാഗം പ്രാഥമിക റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചതായും മന്ത്രി പ്രതികരിച്ചു.
ഷോര്‍ട്ട് സര്‍ക്യൂട്ടോ, ബാറ്ററിക്ക് ഉള്ളിലെ എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്‌നമോ ആകാം തീപിടുത്തത്തിലേയ്ക്ക് നയിച്ചതെന്നാണ് കണക്കാക്കുന്നത്. 2026 ഒക്‌ടോബര്‍വരെ വാറന്റിയുള്ള എം.ആര്‍.ഐ യു.പി.എസ് ആണ് അപകടത്തിലായത്. 6 മാസം മുമ്പുവരെ മെയിന്റനന്‍സ് നടത്തിയതാണ്. എന്താണ് സംഭവിച്ചതെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്തേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. അപകടം ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോള്‍ 151 രോഗികള്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. 114 പേര്‍ ഇപ്പോഴും എം.സി.എച്ചില്‍ ഉണ്ട്. 37 പേരാണ് മറ്റ് ആശുപത്രികളില്‍ ഉള്ളത്. മരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച് പ്രത്യേക അന്വേഷണം നടത്തും. വിദഗ്ധ ടീംതന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കും. പോസ്റ്റ്‌മോര്‍ട്ടംവഴി തന്നെ കാരണം വ്യക്തമാകും. മൂന്ന് ദിവസം എങ്കിലും കഴിഞ്ഞേ അപകടമുണ്ടായ ബ്ലോക്ക് പഴയ നിലയില്‍ ആക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കൂ. ഇതിനായി പരമാവധി വേഗത്തില്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു
